Aldergrove Credit Union and The Co-operators announced that the two co-operative organizations have entered into a strategic alliance to offer The Co-operators insurance products and services to clients in Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Langley and Mission, in British Columbia.
The Co-operators will be the exclusive provider for the credit union’s insurance subsidiary, Aldergrove Insurance Services. Aldergrove will be contacting its clients to discuss how this alliance will help them better meet their insurance needs. Clients’ existing insurance coverage will remain in effect, with no changes to their premiums or coverage for the current term of their policies. As current policies expire, clients will be offered comparable policies from The Co-operators.

The strategic alliance builds on the strong relationship Aldergrove Credit Union has shared with The Co-operators via its credit union-focused subsidiary The CUMIS Group Limited, which provides Aldergrove with creditor and individual life products.
