Cadets have ‘drive’
The Navy League of Canada’s Central Fraser Valley Branch cadets will participate in a unique program by the Ford Motor Company that offers financial assistance to educational programs by offering test drives in their vehicles.
For every valid test-drive completed, Ford Canada will donate $20 to local cadets, up to a maximum of $6,000. The funds raised will be used to support local Sea Cadets and Navy League Cadets programs in Aldergrove.
The test drive is audited and drivers must be at least 18 years old. Pre-registration is not required. During the event day there will be a barbecue.
It will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion 265, Aldergrove, on Nov. 5 at 26607 Fraser Hwy (Veterans Way). If you have any questions call 604-854-4383.
