The peewee level hockey team — ages 10-11 — have been participating in the bi-annual tournaments since its inception in Adergrove more than 20 years ago. The 2017 team recently returned from this year’s tournament in St. Paul, Minnesota. The goal of the tournamnt is not to win games but rather to foster interational goodwill among the participating youths and their escort families. The 17 team members will be busy fundraising over the next two years to pay for the trip to the tournament, which is hosted in 2019 by Japan.
