'Million dollar' filming comes to Aldergrove

Force Four Entertainment have announced that Million Dollar Neighbourhood has been approved by the Oprah Winfrey Network Canada and will begin production in early August running through the end of October.

This groundbreaking series will follow the residents of Aldergrove in their attempt to increase the community's collective net worth by $1 million in just 10 weeks.

A Force Four spokesperson said the company is "very excited" at the prospects it brings to Aldergrove.

"We will bring in a team of fantastic financial experts and events, a series of fun challenges, so that the community can come together."

There will also be one-on-one participants who will receive their own personal financial advisor, free of charge, with the aim of achieving financial freedom by increasing income, reducing debt and improving investments. Aldergrove residents who wish to apply for this opportunity should email their name and phone number to aldergrove@forcefour.com and a member of the production team will contact all applicants.

"We want to focus on everyday aspects of people's lives, find creative ways to think differently about finances," said the spokesperson.
