Man stabbed on bus in Aldergrove
A man was stabbed while stepping off a bus at Aldergrove Centre Mall on Tuesday evening.
Around 6 p.m., the victim was stabbed by a suspect who has yet to be caught, said police. The attack occurred near the mall at 272 Street and Fraser Highway.
The man's injuries were serious enough that he was airlifted to hospital.
Police have been interviewing witnesses and a sketch of the suspect is expected to be released soon.
The victim's injuries aren't as serious as first thought and he was expected to be released from hospital by Wednesday.
Police haven't said what the possible motive, if any, was behind the vicious attack.
