Proposed Zoning Administration Changes
NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Langley Council will meet at the Monday, June 12, 2023 Regular Council Meeting and consider the following proposed bylaw for first, second, third and final reading.
ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT
(BICYCLE PARKING AND FACILITY REQUIREMENTS)
BYLAW NO. 5892
PURPOSE: Bylaw No. 5892 proposes to amend Section 107 (Parking and Loading Requirements) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2500 with respect to bicycle parking and end-of-trip facilities and adds a cash-in-lieu provision.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of Township of Langley Bylaw Nos. 5874, 5876, 5892 and 5894; Development Permit No. 100896; and relevant background material may be inspectedbetween the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from June 1 to 12, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services Counter, 2nd floor, Township of Langley Civic Facility, 20338 – 65 Avenue, or online at www.tol.ca/hearing.
