Massey, Albert George Leonard passed away peacefully at Abbotsford, BC on Sunday, February 22, 2009, in his 74th year. Predeceased by his daughter Wendolyn, his parents, four brothers and one sister, Leonard is survived by Marie, his devoted wife of 53 years. He leaves, also his children, Kelly (Chrissy), Kevin (Kathy), Rosalie (George), Lorilei (Jim) and Melanie (Alden), as well his fourteen grandchildren. He will be sadly missed also, by his brother Ronnie and sister Florence, nieces, nephews and many dear friends, including his little friend "Nutmeg". Visitation for family and friends will be from 7- 9 pm on Friday, February 27th in the chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services - 27555 31st Avenue in Aldergrove, BC. Memorial Service to be held at 2:00 pm on Sat February 28th at the Aldergrove Baptist Church, 28163 Swensson Avenue. Pastor John Goulet-Jones and Mr. Jan Van Haga will officiate. For those desiring, donations made in Leonard's memory, to the Salvation Army or a charity of your own choosing would be most appreciated.
