WOOD, Catherine G. (nee Jones). Born May 13, 1922 in South Africa, died February 27, 2006 in Abbotsford, B.C. at the age of 94 years. Catherine was predeceased by her husbands George W. Richardson in 1969 and John C. Wood in 1987. She is survived by her 3 children: Frances (Elmer), George (Odette) and Renee (Jim); 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Catherine was feisty and mischievous, stubborn and sometime contrary. She had such a zest for life and lived it to the fullest, enjoying all and any adventure that came her way. She was beautiful and loving, generous and giving. Catherine was special to all who met her and priceless to her family. Memorial service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. from Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford.
