BUTLER, Glenn Elliott


Glenn was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, lived and traveled from California to Vancouver in his life and passed away in his home in Coquitlam, BC on December 30th, 2016 in his 61st year. Glenn followed in his father’s footsteps with his love for gardening. He, an avid HAM radio operator for many years built relationships with people all over the world long before social media changed the way we live.

Glenn spent many years in the South Otter district living on the 5-generation Butler family, Silver Springs Farm and made the Otter Co-op his favourite breakfast and coffee spot. Glenn is survived by his sister Sharon, brother Richard [Lisa], sister Beverly [Jimmy], cousin Marta [Simon] Davis, nieces and nephews Alisia [Chris], Rachel [Mike], David, Melissa [Jim], Danika, Karly [Jason], Sebastian and Alex, grandniece Maddison, grandnephews Owen, Mason, Spencer, Isaac and Zane. Glenn is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by many. There will be a celebration of life for Glenn on January 13th at 3:00 pm at Alternative Funeral Chapel 3070 275A St., Aldergrove, BC.
