DEEGAN- PATRICIA LOUISE
June 18, 1936 - November 16, 2009. Pat died after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband, Doug, of 50 years (August 1st); children Rick (Kathryn), Kelly Comm (Kevin), & Colin (Gina); grandchildren, Jessicca, Theresa (John),Karen, Amanda (Ryan), Sam, Julia and Jackson; many other relatives and friends. Pat was born in Vancouver and grew up at the Brittania Mines Townsite before moving to North Vancouver. There she met Doug and started their family. Together they moved from coast to coast in support of Doug's naval career, finally settling in the Fraser Valley. Pat was very involved with the Ladies Auxiliary of the Aldergrove Legion. She had been Treasurer and President. She also helped run the Tuesday night Bingo and the last Friday of the month smorgs.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held at the Aldergrove Legion on Saturday December 5, 2009 at 12 noon.
