PROBERT, Walter (Buck)
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Walter (Buck) Probert, a loving husband, father & grandfather, at Langley Memorial Hospital on the morning of September 24, 2012.
Walter was born in Glen Valley, Langley, BC on August 17th 1921. He was a commercial fisherman on the Fraser River and Coastal BC for over 70 years of his life.
Buck is survived by his wife Mary; Sons Bob (Devi) and Bruce (Elke); Daughter Karen (Len); grandchildren Cassie, Akash, Bobbi-Lynn, Tanya, Brian, Sean and Darcy; Sisters Mildred, Carol; nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Fort Langley Lions Hall on Glover Rd and 88th Ave, in Fort Langley on Saturday Oct. 6, 2012 from 2 - 6 pm
