Letters to the Editor

Bless our dear volunteers!

Editor:

This is Volunteer Appreciation Week.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much for your time, efforts and commitment to Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association. Your dedication and volunteering are greatly appreciated and are essential to the program at Valley Therapeutic.

Whatever task you have chosen to undertake as a Valley volunteer is important and beneficial for our riders.

Thank you, leaders and sidewalkers!

Thank you, barn assistants and horse groomers!

Thank you, maintenance and repair workers!

Thank you, fundraisers!

Thank you, office assistants!

Thank you, directors!

Thank you, bakers and cooks!

Thank you, builders of trails, therapeutic apparatus, toys and games!

Thank you, volunteers of every age, of every task!

The Board of Directors and Staff of Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association plans to host a Volunteer Appreciation Barbecue to recognize and honour your contributions. The date will be set for a warmer and, hopefully, drier day.

Volunteers make the world a better place for us all.

Board of Directors, Staff and riders at Valley Therapeutic Equestrian Association, Aldergrove
