This council, like previous ones, raised our property taxes by almost four per cent again this year.
They spend like drunken sailors in port for one night yet I haven't seen anything in local media that would indicate we sheep, the taxpayers, have even noticed.
I think it's time for a taxpayer revolt - just compare your property tax increases over the past few years with the "additional" value you receive for these never-ending rip-off charges and you should be just about fed up.
These bandits may be secure for another 3-1/2 years but we should be getting ready for a latter-day Boston Tea Party.
