The new Powerhouse Gym in Aldergrove joins more than 300 locations on the continent.
A 50 year old family-owned chain that started out in Detroit, Powerhouse Gym held its open house in Aldergrove Village Mall on Jan. 24, with owner-operator Dennyz Say hosting a wide range of guests.
Say, 29, says the 8,000 square foot facility is a fitness club offering strength and conditioning, cardio equipment, a pro shop and juice bar, as well as trainers.
It is open seven days a week, 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
