It’s a very late season for cranberry producers this year but Joanne Hanson managed to find a handful for the Cranberry Festival at Fort Langley on Thanksgiving weekend. Cranberries were a very important commodity in the early days of the Hudson Bay Company, even more important than salmon in tade overseas.
