Aldergrove's Shortreed Elementary school "Eco Tigers" environmental club visited the Nicomekl Enhancement Society's facilities on Wednesday, April 15.
The students learned about the fish hatchery work here in Langley and also released some fish into the Nicomekl River.
The Nicomekl Enhancement Society is also hosting a public open house and fish release on Saturday, April 25, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 5263 - 232 Street in Langley.
