A large crowd turned out for the free outdoor showing of E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial at the community appreciation event at Aldergrove Athletic Park, Saturday evening.

Langley-based country singers Robin and Ryleigh provided some great tunes for the families at the community appreciation event at Aldergrove Athletic Park, Saturday evening. Youngsters checked out the reptile exhibits, Silas Fix got a close look at a tarantula, Otter Co-op general manager Jack Nicholson bagged the free popcorn for the movie fans, youngsters enjoyed the Re/Max bouncy castle, Oliver and Fredrik VandeKraats visited a giant tortoise, Paige White has a butterfly painted on her face at the community appreciation event at Aldergrove Athletic Park, Saturday evening.
