Do you remember the story of the little engine that thought it could? It kept on trying despite seemingly insurmountable odds.
On Sunday, Oct. 16 at 2 p.m., come and see others who overcame such odds. Langley Pos-abilities Society invites you to attend the second annual Pos-abilities Fashion Show. This one of a kind fashion show is different than any other fashion show you’ll ever see. Coming down the runway are both able bodied and disabled models.
This is a don’t-miss event you’ll be talking about for months. Folks don’t have to hide because they’re disabled.
Come on out to St. Dunstan’s Church, 3025-264 St. in Aldergrove. Tickets are only $20, and seniors and persons with disabilities are $15. In addition to the fashion show, there will also be a silent auction and a chocolate fountain. Enjoy lots of yummy treats at this show, which is sponsored by Langley Pos-abilities Society, an organization dedicated to helping the disabled gain mobility.
