Aug. 3 to 5

• Brigade Days Celebrate history at the Fort Langley National Historic Site. Free entry for kids. See demonstration of sewing, laundry, weapons, blacksmithing, cooking, and music. Collect trading cards from history interpreters. Kids can make their own cards as well. Enjoy the pig roast Aug. 3, the fur trade fashion show and relay race on Aug. 4, and visitor-participation Fort Feats of Strength on Aug. 5. Fur brigade arrival re-enactment is 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 6 at Marina Park, Fort Langley.
