Aldergrove siblings Jae and Koen created a turkey out of vegetables and fruits to enter in this year's 101st Aldergrove Fair.
One of the categories in the Aldergrove Agricultural Association Fair Book this year is to create a turkey out of vegetables and fruits. Jae and Koen spent an afternoon creating this masterpiece out of pineapple, kale, apricot, celery, Chinese asparagus and red pepper.

The fair is billed as "Turkeyfest" this year, in recognition of the Throssell family's contributions to the province's turkey breeding program.
This year's Fair Days Chili Cook-off will also feature turkey chili recipes.
