Winners of the Township of Langley’s “Upcycling Design Challenge” have been selected.

Winners of the Township of Langley’s “Upcycling Design Challenge” have been selected.

Awards were presented Thursday, May 18, at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. The display continued until Sunday, May 21.
