Aboriginal Day at Aldergrove Lake Park

Connor Hunter is Aldergrove Secondary’s top senior boys’ athlete of 2011 for his performance in rugby, basketball, soccer.

Aldergrove postal clerks demonstrated outside the Aldergrove Post Office Thursday after being locked out in the ongoing dispute between Canada Post and the postal union.

The Git Heyatsk Dancers of Alaska performed for the Aboriginal Day festivities at Fort Langley National Historic Site on June 19. The day was filled with events such as “Learn about Salmon” and “Sto:lo Strength Games.”

Keelee Miller and Zach Choboter are Aldergrove Secondary’s top junior athletes of 2011.

This mini-van was struck by a car and flipped on its side last Monday afternoon at the Fraser Highway and 264 Street intersection. There were no serious injuries reported.
