Langley Chamber hosts local politicians

Business community set to mingle with elected leaders

Municipal, provincial, and federal leaders from Langley will gather this month for the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce's annual Local Government Reception.

The Thursday, Jan. 23 event will include an extended reception where attendees can speak to elected officials.

Expected to attend are Langley Township Mayor Eric Woodward, Langley City Mayor Nathan Pachal, newly-elected Langley-area MLAs Jody Toor, Misty Van Popta and Harman Bhangu, and Langley-Aldergrove MP Tako van Popta.

Tickets are $39 for chamber members, including a drink and appetizers.

It will take place at the Coast Hotel and runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
