Four-year-old Delilah Felton has been missing in Metro Vancouver since Thursday afternoon.

Four-year-old Delilah Felton has been found safe, and her mother is in custody.

An Amber Alert was activated Thursday evening, and Vancouver Police believed she had been abducted by her mother, 46-year-old Angela Hanley.

Hanley has never had custody of her daughter and has no access to a car or has a fixed address, police said.

The pair was found by Mounties in Surrey at noon on Friday.

The investigation will continue as Hanley remains in custody.

This was the 19th Amber Alert activation since the program was launched in BC in 2004.
