Things are ramping up towards Langley’s debut of the Special Olympic B.C. Summer Games, starting July 11.

As of last week, the SOBC Games office opened its doors at 20560 Fraser Hwy.

It will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except Thursdays when they are open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

It’s going to be an exciting few months as the Games organizing committee begins with planning, promotions, recruitment in Langley as well as training and competition for athletes and coaches who gear up for the Games.

Special Olympic athletes, coaches and families from all over B.C. will descend on Langley in July to be part of these Summer Games.
