The intersection of 256 Street and 24 Avenue was blocked off by police and emergency vehicles Friday morning, following a collision of a small black sedan and a white van.
The black sedan's front end was badly damaged by the crash which sent it into the ditch at the south-east corner of the intersection.
Police said preliminary investigation shows a failure to stop on the part of one motorist. There were only minor injuries.
Tow trucks removed both vehicles from the scene.
