Cyclist injured in Langley hit-and-run

Langley RCMP are looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run collision that sent a cyclist to hospital.

On Friday, Nov. 9th around 5 p.m. police were called after a cyclist was struck while riding his bicycle eastbound in the 20500 block of 62nd Ave.

It is believed the cyclist was traveling along the gravel shoulder and was hit by a passing vehicle, which continued eastbound without stopping.

Injuries to the cyclist were described as non-life-threatening.

Video surveillance indicates the suspect vehicle is likely a red SUV, with grey along the floorboard area and grey wheels.
