A motorhome went up in flames on Wednesday.

Township firefighters were called out to a motor home on fire in the 23200 block of 72 Avenue on Wednesday.

Around 3 p.m., crews arrived to flames and smoke coming out of the RV which was parked beside a shop. The crews were able to put out the fire quickly but not before the shop suffered some damage and melted siding.

The older motor home is totally destroyed. Assistant fire chief Bruce Ferguson said the fire department doesn't investigate causes of vehicle fires.
