Home invasion in Aldergrove

Police aren't disclosing too many details but say the violent home invasion was targeted.

Langley RCMP confirm that there was a violent home invasion in Aldergrove, which left a woman injured. It took place on Monday, July 29.

Police say the home invasion was targeted “so there is no potential harm to the public,” said Sgt. Ravi Pawar.

It was around 7 p.m. when suspects, allegedly wearing hoodies and balaclavas, went into the woman’s townhouse at 28 Avenue and 273 Street. They fled and there have been no arrests. Police weren’t willing to disclose too many details about the attack or how many suspects are involved. The investigation is ongoing.
