Deborah Constance Russell, Born in Victoria, B.C. October 9th, 1952.
Passed at home in her bed, the evening of August 23rd, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.
Survived by her loving husband Michael D. Prangnell. Daughter Noël Suzanne Johnston, Husband Michael Johnston, Children; Michael Noah Sean Johnston and Leo Mark Johnston. Son Noah Armand Pilon, Wife Anna Pilon and Daughter Juniper Marie Pilon. Sister Suzanne, Husband Jose Gomez, Brother Dan, Wife Gayle Russell and her many loving Nephews and Nieces.
