Doug is survived by his Mother: Peggy; Sisters: Tara, Reba; Brother: Fred; Children: Timothy, Chelsea, Tila; Grandchildren: Steven, Ryder, Emma and Arthur. Predeceased by father, Douglas Rowe Sr (2013).
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the nurses and staff at the Langley Memorial Hospital and Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
A private family memorial will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Aldergrove Vineyard Church would be appreciated.
