February 29, 1932 - March 16, 2021
Frances Phillips, aged 89, of Langley, BC passed away at the Langley Hospice March 16, 2021 after a short battle with Cancer. Frances was the fourth of five children, Frances was born to Sidney & Belle Moore on February 29, 1932 in Springside, Saskatchewan.
Frances is survived by her son Rick (Darlene) and daughter Lori (Dwight) and four Granddaughters Dawn, Ashley, Jamie & Chantelle as well as eight Great-Grandchildren - Kaitlyn, Brooklyn, Matthew, Weston, Braeden, Brielle, Alana & Paige. Siblings Jim (Billie) & Sharon (Al). Predeceased by her husband Jim in 1994.
