1935-2021 ~ We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandpa , Great Grandpa, Uncle who passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 8, 2021 at Langley Hospice.
He is survived by his loving wife Jean of 62 years sons Keith (Faye), Ken (Kelly) daughter in law Nadine.

Glen grew up on the farm on 216th St in Langley, later their family moved to Clayton where he built his family home of 39 years then to Walnut Grove. He started working at Clayton Service from age 13-18, then on to Steele-Nicholson Chev-Olds in Langley in 1953 later to become Preston Chev Olds in 1964. He worked his way up from a partsman, mechanic to salesman to become a Grand Sales Master for over 35 years. A total of 56 years worked until his retirement on Sept 15, 2004 from Prestons. In the 42 years in sales he sold a total of 9600 new and used vehicles (in his own words MY GOD!!)
Dad loved his boats and fishing. In 2000 they purchased their little piece of heaven on the ocean in Sooke where they spent the summers for 18 years.
Glen will be greatly missed by all who loved him dearly. His sister Bobby, Grandchildren Nicole (Steve), Rob (Mackenzie), Kim (Matt), Colin, Great Grandchildren Colby, Hannah, sister in law Hazel, brother in law Harvey, many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
We will always remember him as the life of the party when the spoons came out and all the hearts he touched in his 85 years.
Many thanks to the wonderful, thoughtful staff at Langley Hospice. No funeral services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Langley Hospice or charity of choice. Condolences can be made to the First Memorial website.
