August 5, 1952 - February 23, 2021
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Jean Elizabeth Adams (68) of Langley, BC. Jean passed away peacefully with family by her side on February 23, 2021, finally succumbing to injuries sustained from a severe heart attack in May 2020.
Born August 5, 1952 in New Westminster, BC to Jack and Katherine Rowell, Jean is survived by her husband Ed, children Karen (Chadd) and Darryl, her two grandsons Eric and Zachary and her sister Pat (Ron).
Jean will be remembered as a kind and selfless individual who always gave more to others expecting nothing in return. She was a staple around the local hockey rinks as a hockey mom but also as a devoted member of the Langley Minor Hockey Association executive for over 30 years.
As someone who went through kidney failure, Jean's family would kindly prefer donations be made to the kidney foundation in her name in lieu of any flowers. (kidney.ca)
