The family of Jeannette Marie Bromley (Jan) is heartbroken to announce her passing on April 15, 2020. Jan was born January 1943 in Sackville NB to parents Alonzo and Eugenie Langis.
She leaves behind her husband Winston (Win), sons Kevin (Monica), David (Brenda) and Trevor (Heidi), her brother Alain Langis, Calgary, sister-in-law Susan Olsen, Langley, brother-in-law Roger Hamilton, Marathon.
Jan grew up in Marathon, Ontario and was very active in Girl Guides and summer theatre called Teen Antics and married Win there in 1961.

The family moved to Langley in 1971 to enter the restaurant business in the former Mr Mikes franchise. Later in life, she retired as an ESL instructor at Douglas College and she and Win started playing duplicate bridge where she became a Life Master. She also took up the game of golf and spent many happy hours at it.
Grandsons Matt, Sean, Andrew, Parker, Spencer, Aiden and Connor join us to mourn her death. We hope to have a celebration of life at a later date.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity of your choice would honour Jan's passing.
