Joseph William Foy had a big laugh, a warm heart and a love for Dairy Queen Treats. Joe owned DQ franchises for over 40 years and raised thousands of dollars in donations for BC Children's hospital.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years Pearl, brother Peter, and children Joe Jr., Matt, Julia, Gail and Brenda. Loved by 16 grandkids and 19 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sister Joan.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer of 2023.
