We regret to announce the sudden passing of Rod MacKenzie on July 20, 2022.
Rod will be missed greatly by his sister, Vicki Caswell (Lyle), sister Sandy Heather, twin sister Heather Barclay (Dale), stepsister Sharmaine Husband (Greg), nieces and nephew and great nieces and nephews.
Rod was predeceased by his mother Gertrude, father Harry, stepmother Laura and sister Sheila English.
Rod worked for CN Rail for over 25 years. He was very close to his family and also enjoyed Friday morning coffee with his CN buddies, which were always filled with laughter and great times.
Rod was a great car enthusiast and attended many of the local car shows in the area with his friends. His pride and joy was his 72 Chevrolet Chevelle SS that he restored himself from the frame up. He enjoyed driving and showing it at many of the local meets.
Rod was a very kind, sensitive person who loved all his different animals throughout his life.
