HUNTINGTON; Theresa (Terry)
Theresa Mary Huntington passed away peacefully in Aldergrove, BC, on December 28th at the age of 89. Pre-deceased by her husband of 56 years, Vernon, in 2007, grandson Kevin and son-in-law Michael in 2016, and her 3 sisters; Pat, Harlene and Gladys. She is survived by her 4 children: Janice, Karen, Jeff, and Doug, and their families. Terry had 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was a devote Catholic, a long-time member of the C.W.L., and an active member of the TOPS organization. Terry was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and the family moved to the West Coast in 1971 to Victoria, then to Langley, and eventually into Aldergrove. After Vern’s passing in 2007, Terry moved into Magnolia Gardens in Langley. Her final days were spent in the comfort and compassionate care at Jackman Manor, and the family would like to thank Jackman Manor for this. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Joachim & Ann Roman Catholic Church on January 6, 2017, at 11:00 am.
