Customer service at its best

When all was said and done and I went to pay for the food we were advised it would be no charge. What a wonderful experience.

This past weekend we held our son's birthday party at the McDonald's in Aldergrove. We were there no more than 10 minutes when we experienced a power outage. The outage lasted quite some time and we were concerned his birthday party would be ruined.

The staff and manager ensured our party for seven children went off without a problem. Food was ordered through the McDonald's by the freeway and McDonald's staff were sent to pick up and deliver to us. We wanted for nothing. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our little guy had the time of his life.

When all was said and done and I went to pay for the food we were advised it would be no charge. What a wonderful experience. We have a renewed appreciation for human kindness and thank and commend this group of people for their excellence in customer service.
