Editor:
With new 'infrastructure' such as Golden Ears Bridge and Port Mann Bridge (an extension of a federal highway that should be exempt from tolls) being 'tolled' (because they are new), would it not be appropriate to toll these new bike lanes north of the Fraser?
Then... excuse my sarcasm... they could hire Bike Lane Police who would earn huge overtime salaries if they get called in as the result of poor scheduling.
