The last time I read the driver’s handbook to receive my driver’s licence it clearly stated that you were not allowed to pass another vehicle at a pedestrian crosswalk.

That rule is not in effect at the corner of 271 Street and Fraser Highway.

It doesn’t even have flashing overhead amber lights.

My fear is that personal injury or death occurs before something will be done about it.
