When are the municipality/ police going to attempt to crack down on the dysfunctional criminal activities that take place at the abandoned Aldergrove Mall? We have lived in the area for 16 years and have constant break and enter attempts, drug deals, fighting, gun shots and the list goes on.  When the police are called and if they arrive that day their hands are tied and give perpetrators a slap on the wrist.

The property is disgusting and not kept up. Are there not standard guidelines for upkeep of your property in Langley (yet they tell people that they cannot keep their vacation trailer in their front yard area)?  Why should the owner of this dysfunctional property be allowed to degrade the Aldergrove core and decrease the property value of our homes with this neglect?
