I would like to get a message out to the thief who stole my car keys from Save-on Foods on Saturday, March 16. You may not think you are a thief because the clerk handed you my keys thinking they were yours but, you are a thief. I waited at customer service feeling sure that, once you realized the keys didn't work in your vehicle, you would return them. You didn't.

The store manager was able to replay the tape (yes, you were on video). He gave me and his staff a description of you - a senior, balding, grey hair wearing a flannel shirt, dark jacket, jeans and white running shoes. I searched the area and could not find you.

In case you are not aware car keys now have a chip in them and cost minimum $150 to replace. I have been waiting for a week hoping you would return them because they are no use to you unless you plan on stealing my car.

In any event you should be aware that your description is out there and there are many eyes keeping a watch for you.
