Re: "Abby taxpayers take aim at council," Aldergrove Star
Your article on the rate payers meeting in Abbotsford failed to mention that I was present and spoke to those in attendance regarding steps that can be taken by taxpayers in Abbotsford between now and the November elections such as attending Council Committee meetings. The article also failed to note that I announced that I am seeking election to Abbotsford Council in 2011.
I have been consistently monitoring the financial decisions made by Council since 2005 and have used the FOI on numerous occasions with regard to Plan A and the AHL Heat.
I was a Bradner resident and farmer for 17 years and am very concerned about how harmful the Council decisions since 2008 have been to rural communities and taxpayers.
