On Feb. 14, Aldergrove Youth Soccer Club launched an ambitious project that has been in the planning for a year. AYSC is only the second soccer club in B.C. to offer the B.C. Soccer endorsed Kickin' Soccer in Schools program.
AYSC will be going into seven local elemantary schools and putting on soccer clinics to enable all the kids in the Aldergrove area to have an introduction to soccer.
Kickin' Soccer in Schools will run from Feb. 14 through April 7. This program will be funded by Aldergrove Youth Soccer with a grant from B.C. Lotteries and Legacies 2010.
