The Langley Saints are off to a roaring start to their varsity AA football exhibition schedule.

The Saints marched to a 44-7 win over the visiting Frank Hurt Hornets from Surrey, in a Friday afternoon match-up at McLeod Stadium.

After a bye next week to cap the exhibition slate, Langley opens the regular season Oct. 7, when the Saints visit Exhibition Stadium to take on Chilliwack’s G.W. Graham Grizzlies.

The Saints play in the BC Secondary Schools Association’s Eastern Conference along with Abbotsford, G.W. Graham, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford’s Robert Bateman, and Maple Ridge’s Samuel Robertson Technical.
