Poppy, Stafford take Langley rugby titles

D.W. Poppy hosted a Rugby Sevens competition on April 29 featuring five schools and 15 teams in five different age groups

D.W. Poppy Secondary was a hub of activity on April 29 as 15 teams — representing five schools — in five levels took to the pitch as part of a Rugby 7s tournament.

The Stafford Skyhawks won both the boys and girls divisions for Grade 8, while the Poppy Redhawks were tops in the junior boys, senior girls and senior boys divisions.
