Devon Sutton’s fourth annual Memorial Baseball Tournament was a success once again.
The Newton Beavers were victorious, but the fight against cancer was the true winner. The support for this event renews faith in people’s goodness.
Approximately $3,500 was raised for the B.C. Cancer Foundation.
The weather was beautiful, the baseball exciting, the crowd friendly and generous, and the fourth annual tournament honoured Devon`s passion for baseball, people, and ending cancer.
The organizers thank all the donors for their raffle prizes, including: Abbotsford Pilots, Aldergrove Credit Union, BC Lions, Cleaarview Greenhouses, Coastal Health Arts, Esquires, Fraser Downs, Aldergrove Kodiaks, Milsean, Poppy Estates, Prostock, Powerzone, Ted Dziwak Blueberries, The Peak, Vancouver Canadians, and Willow Acres.
