Almost 350 dogs and their handlers will be competing this weekend for the 2013 BC/Yukon Regional Agility Championships at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley.
The event runs a full three days, starting with warm up games and a cash prize steeplechase on Friday, June 7. There are two solid days of agility competition with three runs per dog each day on Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9.
The competition is free for members of the public to attend as spectators and the event also offers access to more than 20 dog and pet related vendors.
Competition times are Friday, June 7, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, June 8, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, June 9, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thunderbird Show Park is located at 24550 - 72 Ave.
