Rivermen split two games with Prince George Spruce Kings, with a 3-1 loss on Friday, March 7, followed by a 2-1 overtime win Saturday, March 8, both games at the Kopar Memorial Arena.
For the win, Ryan Schelling got his 26th of the season on a breakaway early in the first.
Prince George tied it with 2:06 remaining in the third to push the game to overtime.
Keenan Ingram received a pass from Ben Portner to win the game for Langley with 1:03 gone in the extra frame, picking up a crucial extra point for the Rivermen.
Previously, Rivermen played just one game on Friday, Feb. 28, a 7-6 overtime loss to the Cowichan Capitals, with Langley holding a 5-0 lead going into the third before the Capitals made a comeback to force a tie and win in overtime.
It was the fourth and final meeting between the two teams this season.
Next, Langley is back home at George Preston Recreation Centre's Lodge on March 14 and 15, hosting Chilliwack and Victoria.
Rivermen are currently eighth of 10 teams in Coastal conference standings.
